The Covid 19 Virus has created a situation where Dr. Lowry needed to develop a new protocol for food, drug pickup, and examinations to protect all involved.
The protocol is as follows:
1. Call us at 561-745-4944 to schedule your needs.
2. When you arrive at the clinic call us upon your arrival. If you are picking up prescriptions, or food you may pay for the products by credit card so we may bring the products out to you.
3. If you have your pet with you for an exam, call us at 561-745-4944 upon your arrival. Please wait in your car until you are notified to come to the blue taped square on the ground in front of the door, at that time a Technician will be out to bring your pet into the clinic. You may watch the exam outside the exam room window, and converse with Dr. Maria by cell phone.
When the exam is completed we can then take payment, and bring your pet out to you.
