Dr. Maria Lowry, DVM
Dr. Lowry, affectionately known as Dr. Maria by our client and staff family members, has been the owner/veterinarian of Chasewood Animal Hospital since its inception in 1992. She practices both conventional and traditional/holistic treatments for well rounded modalities of treatments. When Dr. Maria isn’t keeping your pets happy and healthy she can be found enjoying a good shark’s tooth hunt or doing crafts. Dr. Maria shares her heart with many animals big and small at home including Angel, Peaches, Bailey, Raven, Lacey, Vector, and others.
Office Manager Extraordinaire
Ashley White
Ashley is a multi-hat wearing member of our family here at Chasewood Animal Hospital. From being the hospital office manager to helping in appointments, Ashley’s 13 years of experience in the veterinary world help her to be very knowledgeable and great at what she does. Ashley’s big heart keeps her busy at home as well. She spreads the love between her 2 rescue pups, Minnie and Jeb, and any handful of fosters and rescues that need the extra love before they find their furever homes. If you are looking for a new addition to your own family, Ashley is the gal for you!
Client Services Receptionist
Bill Herrmann
Bill is a client services receptionist here at Chasewood Animal Hospital. Bill’s fun personality bubbles through both over the phone and here at the hospital. Bill has years of animal experience before joining the family here at Chasewood Animal Hospital. Bill spends his time at home on the couch reading with his kitty, Grayson, who he met through our adoption program.
Technician
Kara Theisen
Kara is a well rounded addition to our family at Chasewood Animal Hospital. She has grown here at Chasewood Animal Hospital from being a kennel technician to a room technician where she learned a wide knowledge of veterinary education. Kara spends her time outside of work traveling, at the beach, paddle boarding, and being a happy-go-lucky member of society! Kara shares her heart with her furbabies Spacey, Adira, and Jack.

Brysen Lowry
Brysen lowry is Dr. Maria's Son. He has worked in the clinic since he was just a young child. He is presently in college but comes in from time to time.

Jules Hoffman
Jules has been a Client Family Member for over 10 years. He has always been a part of the Chasewood Family and took care of our Office Management, computers, software, networking, and all around equipment needs and projects. Jules has a passion and love for all animals, including his own pack of 5 dogs, 18 fish, 1 Short Tail Possum, and Parrots.
Kennel Tech
Sophie Coombs
Sophie’s love for animals goes back as far as she can remember. Her homes have always been filled with a wide array including cats, dogs, mice, birds, and iguanas, making her an excellent addition to our Chasewood Animal Hospital family as our kennel technician. Sophie is always jumping in wherever needed with a smile that puts everyone in a great mood. Sophie can be found outside the hospital at the beach or spending time with her fur kids Pepper, Zoe, Jack, Sally, and her 4 finches.
